Ordering

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Creative IT cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Shipping

Orders received by 10am will be dispatched that day. Please note: If upgrades to hardware or software are requested, please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch.

Ireland and UK

Deliveries to Ireland  UK* €7.50. Deliveries to Ireland & UK will be delivered within 2 working days of dispatch.
* Exclusions: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands. Please email support@creative-it.ie for a carriage quotation for these territories.

Europe

Deliveries to European countries** are charged at the rates below. Deliveries to European countries will usually take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. We deliver to the following mainland European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden.
** Exclusions: Off shore islands. Please email evan@creative-it.ie for a carriage quotation to these territories.

Courier

Deliveries to Ireland (North & South), UK and mainland Europe are completed by Fastway. A tracking number will be issued and the item can be tracked at www.fastway.ie.

All deliveries will require your signature, if there is no-one available at the delivery address, a re-delivery will be attempted. In the event that this is not successful and the goods are returned to us by the courier. An additional fee would be levied to arrange a further delivery.

All shipping back to Creative IT is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the 14-day cancellation period by emailing customerservice@creative-it.ie. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Creative IT will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products as ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Creative IT immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours. Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto you credit/debit card.

Export restrictions

At present Creative IT only sends goods within Ireland, the UK & and selected European countries. If, however, you have a special request please contact us your requirements.

Privacy Notice

This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.

Security

We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Creative IT uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.

During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.

We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.

To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.

To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities.
Creative IT complies with PCI regulations, governing the storing and handling of credit card and customer sensitive materials.

All data captured via the website is encrypted with SSL encryption to pass it to our payment processors.
All credit card information is not stored at Creative IT premises. Our staff do not have access to your credit card information.
Our payment processors are themselves PCI compliant.

Creative IT and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at Creativeit.ie you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully, Creative IT controls and operates this site from its offices within Ireland. The laws of Ireland govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained.

If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.

Copyrights

All content includes on the site such as text, graphics logos button icons images audio clips digital downloads and software are all owned by Creative IT and are protected by international copyright laws.

License and Site Access

Creative IT grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resales of commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any products, any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information. For the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This site may not be reproduced duplicated copied sold – resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial exploited without written consent of Creative IT.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT (where applicable) and delivery within Ireland & the UK. Creative IT may provide discount codes or run promotions on this site. These promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise.
