If there is an issue with your product you can return it to us for warranty repair / replacement once it has not been physically damaged and is in the same condition as when you received it.

In the case of iPhones & iPads – iCloud must be removed (where possible) prior to sending the phone back.

* We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. We do not accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

Returns will take approximately 3-5 working days to process once the goods have arrived.

  • There is no liquid damage
  • It has not been repaired by a third party (battery, screen, etc…)
