Yes — most of our stock is ex-corporate business hardware (HP EliteBook, Dell Latitude, Lenovo ThinkPad) built to a far higher standard than consumer laptops. Every unit is tested and graded by our technicians in Mullingar and covered by a 12-month warranty.
What do the condition grades mean?
Grades are cosmetic only. New is sealed; Grade A+ looks and feels new; Grade A has minor marks at most; Grade B shows visible signs of use; Grade C shows heavy signs of use and is our best value. Testing, performance and the 12-month warranty are identical on every grade.
What warranty and returns do I get?
Every device comes with a 12-month Creative IT warranty and 30-day returns. If anything goes wrong, our own technicians in Mullingar handle it — no offshore call centres.
