What do the condition grades mean?
Grades are cosmetic only. New is sealed; Grade A+ looks and feels new; Grade A has minor marks at most; Grade B shows visible signs of use; Grade C shows heavy signs of use and is our best value. Testing, performance and the 12-month warranty are identical on every grade.
What warranty and returns do I get?
Every device comes with a 12-month Creative IT warranty and 30-day returns. If anything goes wrong, our own technicians in Mullingar handle it — no offshore call centres.
