Are refurbished phones unlocked?
Yes — every refurbished phone we sell is unlocked and works on all Irish networks (Vodafone, Three, Eir, 48 and all others).
What do the condition grades mean?
Grades are cosmetic only. New is sealed; Grade A+ looks and feels new; Grade A has minor marks at most; Grade B shows visible signs of use; Grade C shows heavy signs of use and is our best value. Testing, performance and the 12-month warranty are identical on every grade.
What warranty and returns do I get?
Every device comes with a 12-month Creative IT warranty and 30-day returns. If anything goes wrong, our own technicians in Mullingar handle it — no offshore call centres.
How fast is delivery in Ireland?
Orders are typically delivered in 1–3 business days anywhere in Ireland, and delivery is free on orders over €150. Each product page shows its dispatch promise.
