Is there an assessment or diagnostic fee?
No assessment fee for trade partners. We assess and quote against your trade pricing, and you only pay for chargeable work you approve.
How does collection and return work?
You box the device and let us know — we arrange the DPD collection and the return. You don’t organise couriers or labels; we take care of the logistics both ways.
Do you really do phone data recovery?
Yes — it’s a specialism. Dead, water-damaged and won’t-boot phones, board-level and chip-off recovery where needed. If a customer’s photos are “gone”, send it to us before writing it off.
How do I price the job for my customer?
We give you a guideline pricing sheet plus customer email templates, so you can quote and communicate confidently without guessing. You set your own retail margin on top of trade.
