Frequently asked questions

Do refurbished iPads come with a charger?
Every tablet ships tested and ready to use with a compatible charging cable. Check the product page for exact accessories included with each device.
What do the condition grades mean?
Grades are cosmetic only. New is sealed; Grade A+ looks and feels new; Grade A has minor marks at most; Grade B shows visible signs of use; Grade C shows heavy signs of use and is our best value. Testing, performance and the 12-month warranty are identical on every grade.
What warranty and returns do I get?
Every device comes with a 12-month Creative IT warranty and 30-day returns. If anything goes wrong, our own technicians in Mullingar handle it — no offshore call centres.
How fast is delivery in Ireland?
Orders are typically delivered in 1–3 business days anywhere in Ireland, and delivery is free on orders over €150. Each product page shows its dispatch promise.
Can I see the products in person?
Yes — we are a real shop at Harbour Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Call in to see stock, or buy online for delivery anywhere in Ireland.
