The phone faults we see every week

Cracked or shattered screens
OLED, LCD, Pro Motion. Genuine and high-grade aftermarket parts. Most replacements done same-day on iPhone, Samsung and Pixel.
Dead or fast-draining batteries
Phone barely makes it to lunch? Battery cells degrade after 2–3 years. Replacement restores original health and runtime.
Charging port issues
Cable won’t click in? Won’t fast-charge? Usually a clogged or damaged port, not the cable. Quick clean or replacement gets you charging again.
Water damage
Dropped it in the sink, the pool, the toilet? Bring it in immediately — sooner is better. We’ll open it, dry it, clean the board and tell you honestly what’s salvageable.
Cameras & lens glass
Blurry photos, broken rear-camera glass, FaceID failures. Front and rear camera modules, lens covers and FaceID dot projectors all replaceable.
Speakers, mics & earpieces
Sound crackling? Other person can’t hear you? Muffled music? Speaker mesh blocked or the speaker itself is gone. Both fixable quickly.
Buttons & switches
Power button stuck, volume rocker dead, ringer switch broken. Bring it in — usually a 30-minute fix once we’re inside.
Software, iCloud & data
Boot loops, locked-out devices, iCloud setup, transferring data from an old phone. We sort the software side, too.

About phone repairs
Can you fix water damage?
Often, yes — if you bring it in fast. The earlier we open it and clean the board, the better the odds. Don’t turn it on, don’t put it in rice. Power it off and get it to us. Free initial assessment so you can decide based on what we find.
Will I lose my data?
For most repairs — screen, battery, charge port, speakers — your data stays untouched. For repairs that require resetting or board-level work, we’ll let you know in advance and recommend you back up via iCloud / Google before dropping it in.
Are the parts genuine?
Where genuine parts are available and economical we use them. For older phones we sometimes use high-grade aftermarket parts — we’ll always tell you which and the price difference if there is one. Quality is consistent either way and backed by our 12-month warranty.
What if I’ve already tried a cheap repair shop?
We see this regularly — bad screen replacements, missing screws, sealant gone, water resistance ruined. Bring it in, we’ll do a free assessment and tell you what it’ll take to put it right.
Do you fix iPad screens too?

What about FaceID / TouchID after a repair?
We’re careful to preserve these. If your phone’s FaceID dot projector or TouchID button is damaged, those modules can be replaced too — though paired sensors can’t always be re-authenticated by anyone except Apple. We’ll explain the trade-off before any work.
Is it cheaper to just buy a refurbished one?
Sometimes — depends on the device, the fault, and what’s on it. We sell refurbished phones too, and we’ll tell you honestly if repair vs replacement is the better call for your situation.
Do you do warranty work for major brands?
No — for active manufacturer warranties, the manufacturer should always be your first call. Our repair voids any remaining manufacturer warranty. We work on devices once that warranty has lapsed or after the manufacturer has refused a repair.
