DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Parcels are sent via the An Post courier service.
- An Post delivery charge: €7.50
- Delivery times are 2-3 days on average but can take up to 5 working days in some situations.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.
- If you are not at home to take in your delivery An Post will leave a note to collect your parcel at the depot.

Warranty
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your product within the first 28 days of you receiving it – we will collect and return your item after repair or replace free of charge with zero fuss. After the 28 days the warranty is RTB (Return To Base) which means you must send it back to us and we will pay for return shipping.
What does the warranty cover?
- If it stops working, we will fix it.
- If it can’t be fixed, we’ll replace it.
- Dedicated Irish help line.
What is not covered under warranty?
- Product must be returned in the same condition it was supplied.
- Accidental damage (including liquid damage) will void your warranty.
- If your device has been tempered with or repaired by a third party the warranty will be voided.

- Premium Pre-Owned – will be in great overall condition. It will have minor wear than can be expected from a used phone.
