Trade-in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis subject to an assessment.
Our trade-in scheme allows your school to trade in old desktops, laptops, and tablets through Creative IT and receive credit towards a new or refurbished device.

Process

  • We will send you a document to capture details of the devices to be traded in, including model and general condition

  • We will assess the returned documents and establish a value

  • The devices are returned and credit is paid towards your new devices

Creative IT now offers a 3-year advanced replacement warranty on IT equipment for schools.

If you have a faulty product that was supplied by Creative IT within the 3 year period we will ship you a replacement and arrange to have the faulty unit collected.
