2. Ordering and Payment

  • Product listings are invitations to treat, not binding offers. Your order is confirmed when we dispatch the goods.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways.

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Orders placed by 10 AM are typically dispatched the same day. For custom upgrades, please allow an additional 24 hours.

  • Deliveries are handled by DPD, UPS, DHL, or Fastway, depending on the most efficient option at the time.

  • Delivery times vary: within Ireland, delivery is usually completed within 1-2 working days; for international orders, delivery takes 1-5 working days.

  • Creative IT is not responsible for delays caused by couriers. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days after the returned product has been inspected.

  • Non-faulty returns are subject to a 7% restocking fee.
