Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products found to be faulty or defective within 28 days of purchase are eligible for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

  • After 28 days and up to 12 months, products will be repaired or replaced under warranty if a manufacturing defect is identified.

2. Returns Procedure:

Please note: If a device is returned using our free returns service and is found to have sustained physical damage, a collect-and-return fee of €25 will be charged before the device is shipped back.

  • To initiate a return, please complete our Returns Form on the website or contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • We offer free collect-and-return service via DPD. Kindly specify a preferred collection date. Note that collections are unavailable on public holidays, and the exact collection time depends on DPD’s schedule.

  • Please pack your device securely to avoid damage in transit. Creative IT cannot accept liability for items damaged due to insufficient packaging.

3. Non-Faulty Returns:

  • If you wish to return a non-faulty product, you may do so within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to a 10% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and warranty labels intact. Non-compliant returns may be refused or incur additional charges.

4. Refunds & Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Creative IT reserves the right to reject items that show signs of damage or tampering not covered under warranty.

5. Important Notes:

  • Items lost or damaged during transit to Creative IT are not the company’s responsibility; insurance for returns is highly recommended.

  • Water Damage: Despite IP67-rated devices, water damage is not covered under warranty.

  • Returns for business or wholesale purchases are subject to separate terms (e.g., 14-day warranty).

Kindly inform us of the date that works best for you to have your device collected by a courier. Please note that collections are not available on public holidays, and we cannot guarantee a specific time for the courier's arrival, as it depends on their schedule for the day. If you are unavailable to meet the courier, we will not arrange a second collection, and the return will need to be at your own expense. However, if the courier fails to arrive on the selected date, we will reschedule the collection. This situation is beyond our control as the courier service is provided by an external company.To ensure the safe transit of your device, please pack it securely. We cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Ensure your item is in safley packed with any warranty labels and other relevant documents enclosed.

* We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. We do not accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

Returns will take approximately 5-10 working days to process once the goods have arrived.
