Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur within the first 12 months of purchase. However, it is important to note that the warranty does not cover any physical damage that may occur to the phone, such as cracked screens, water damage, or any other physical damage caused by the user.
If you are not satisfied with your refurbished iPhone within the first 30 days of purchase, we offer free returns. Simply contact our customer service team and we will arrange for the return and refund of your phone.
After the 30-day period, our warranty policy shifts to a return-to-base warranty. This means that if your phone experiences any issues covered by our warranty, you will need to send it back to us for repair or replacement. We will return the phone to you once it has been repaired or replaced.
