What does "refurbished" actually mean?

A refurbished device has been professionally tested, repaired where needed, and certified to work like new. Worn batteries are replaced. Scratched screens are renewed. We grade purely on cosmetics — performance is identical across grades A, B and C.

What warranty do you offer?

Every device comes with a 12-month warranty. If anything fails during that period, we replace or refund it. Extended cover is available on request for business orders.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes — 14 days from delivery, no questions asked. Return it in the condition you got it and we’ll refund in full. We’ll cover return postage if the device was faulty.

How fast is delivery?

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery to most of Ireland. Free shipping on orders over €100. We use fully tracked courier services so you can see where your device is.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — we offer Klarna and Humm at checkout. Split the cost into 3 monthly payments interest-free, or longer plans on bigger purchases.

Do you buy old devices?

We do — bring your old laptop, phone or tablet to the Mullingar shop and we’ll quote a part-exchange on the spot. Take the cash, or roll it into something newer. We can’t quote trade-ins by photo, sorry — we need to physically check the device.

Can I see the device before buying?

Yes — use our Reserve & Collect option to pick a device online and hold it at the Mullingar shop. No deposit, no commitment, 48-hour hold. Come in, see it, decide.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes — we repair laptops, phones, tablets and desktops in-house. Bring it to the Mullingar shop or post it to us with our mail-in repair service. We’ll quote before we touch it.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

We ship to Northern Ireland and the UK as standard. For EU shipping, contact us before you order so we can quote courier and VAT properly.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

Every order email includes a VAT invoice as an attachment. If you need one resent or amended (different billing address, VAT number, etc.), WhatsApp us with the order number and we’ll sort it.
