Warranty
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your product within the first 28 days of you receiving it – we will collect and return your item after repair or replace free of charge with zero fuss. After the 28 days the warranty is RTB (Return To Base) which means you must send it back to us and we will pay for return shipping.
What does the warranty cover?
- If it stops working, we will fix it.
- If it can’t be fixed, we’ll replace it.
- Dedicated Irish help line.
What is not covered under warranty?
- Product must be returned in the same condition it was supplied.
- Accidental damage (including liquid damage) will void your warranty.
- If your device has been tempered with or repaired by a third party the warranty will be voided.

Delivery
When will it be delivered?
Packages are shipped via An Post Express Parcel Service and delivery generally takes 2-5 working days.
On that day that your item is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number which will enable you to track your package online. You will receive your item the next working day.
How will it be delivered?
Your item will be delivered by the An Post Express Parcel Service.
How much is home delivery?
- Nationwide Delivery is €7.50
Delivery Times
Our standard deliveries are made between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Can I track my Order?
Yes, you will be sent email updates as your order is processed.
When your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to track your order on the An Post website.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Deliveries are carried out by the An Post courier service. If you are not available to accept your delivery the An Post courier will leave a note for you to collect your item at the local Post Office.
