Warranty

All of our products come with a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your product within the first 28 days of you receiving it – we will collect and return your item after repair or replace free of charge with zero fuss. After the 28 days the warranty is RTB (Return To Base) which means you must send it back to us and we will pay for return shipping.

What does the warranty cover?

• If it stops working, we will fix it.
• If it can’t be fixed, we’ll replace it.
• Dedicated Irish help line.

What is not covered under warranty?

• Product must be returned in the same condition it was supplied.
• Accidental damage (including liquid damage) will void your warranty.
• If your device has been tempered with or repaired by a third party the warranty will be voided.

Delivery

DELIVERY UPDATE

Due to difficulties being experienced by An Post with larger than normal volumes of parcels being delivered, orders placed after 14th December are not guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

Orders placed between 14th and 21st will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

All orders placed after 21st December 2020 will ship between 04/01/2021 & 08/01/2021

Our Mullingar Store is open every day until Christmas Eve at 2pm. Click & Collect is still available.
